Hey there! I’m Hayley Liew, Accredited Practicing Dietitian in Concord. Practising from a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective, I am passionate about the non-diet approach. I know that you are the expert in your own life. This is why I collaborate WITH people to implement changes to improve their wellbeing.
From my experience, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. My approach is always highly individualised. Many people already have a good grasp on WHAT they should be eating but often it’s the WHY and HOW of eating behaviours that is the challenging part.
I have over 7 years experience in the field including private practice consultation, health coaching in both private and government run programs, and providing group and corporate education sessions.
My specialisation and passion is with two key areas of nutrition therapy. The first is children’s nutrition. I love to work with families, managing picky and problem eating and also weight concerns. The second is disordered eating. From healing from dieting through to diagnosed eating disorders, I am passionate about helping people of all ages heal their relationship with food. You can read more about my approach to children’s nutrition here and healing your relationship with food here.
I’m a mum of two young boys. As a result, in my spare time you will most likely find me at a park or if I’m lucky, alone with my earbuds on a run/walk.
